Prime Performance Labs sits at the intersection of neuroscience and leadership performance. The founding team includes former executives from Google, Apple, Asics, Nike, and the World Health Organization — people who understand both the science and the stakes of high-performance environments.
What I Built
I came in at the ground floor to shape the product from zero. That meant defining the core experience, building the health dashboard that leaders interact with daily, and translating complex neuroscience data into something actionable and clean. The dashboard became the center of how PPL delivers value to their clients.
